Credit Application 
Acorn keeps over 1600 sizes of stock corrugated boxes in its inventory. We carry all the most popular styles from kraft and white RSCs to assorted die cut boxes. RSCs (regular slotted containers) are the most common box style and can be used for most products. Like other corrugated cartons, RSCs are measured as length x width x depth (height). In addition to stock RSCs, we can produce custom RSCs in any size with a custom print.
Corrugated Mailers
Die cut corrugated mailers, also called die cuts, are most commonly used in either tuck top mailer (also called roll end tuck top) or indestructo mailer (Oakmailer) styles. They are made of one piece of corrugated board that is die cut and scored into a variety of different shapes. A variety of other styles of die cuts are available in our inventory that may fit you product. Custom die cut mailers can be designed and graphically printed for any size product.
Record Storage Boxes
Record storage boxes can be purchased as a one-piece box with an attached lid, or in different sizes with a separate box and lid.
Garment Boxes
Smooth suitor garment (wardrobe) boxes are corrugated with a heavy-duty metal bar. They are commonly used for moving garments. We provide these for moving, as well as standard moving and storage style boxes.
Wine Shippers
Corrugated wine shippers consist of corrugated shipping boxes with interior cushioning of either EPS foam or molded pulp to protect wine bottles during shipment. They are available in different styles and to accommodate different numbers of wine bottles within a pack.
Mailing Tubes
Mailing tubes are stocked in a variety of popular sizes. They are made of sturdy spiral wound kraft paper. Open end mailing tubes can be closed with plastic end plugs, and are often used to mail or store calendars, blueprints, posters, or maps. They are available in a variety of lengths and diameters. Telescoping and crimped end mailing tubes are also available.
